Handle customer inquiries related to garments and accessories via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide information about product details, availability, and pricing.
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
Resolve complaints or issues related to products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to resolve customer issues effectively.
Process customer orders and assist with tracking and delivery information.
Offer recommendations on garments and accessories based on customer preferences.
Keep updated on the latest products, trends, and company policies.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service interactions.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches by engaging customers and providing product knowledge.
