Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle local and international customer inquiries related to garments accessories.
Communicate with buyers regarding order status, pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and follow-ups.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
Support sales and merchandising teams with customer-related documentation and communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the garments accessories industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of garments accessories products and production processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
