Responsibilities & Context:

·       To give in-house print approval

·       Follow print quality from test cutting to bulk production

·       Analysis the print quality in test cutting stage discusses with cutting section for any additional requirements.

·       To conduct AQL in-line/Final/Dispatch.

·       Ensure the product quality as buyer requirement.

·       Ensure the print durability & Color fastness include RSL before start production & keep records.

·       Ensure delivery at right time with acceptable quality.

·       Report to top management on the performance of the quality and any need for improvement.

·       Develop standard of excellence, continuous improvement, oversee and follow-up quality.
