Responsibilities & Context:
Collect Yarn TC from suppliers and update Yarn Raw TC stock in the CU Portal.
Maintain Yarn Raw TC (Transaction Certificate) stock properly.
Follow GMS (Garments Management System) and coordinate with Merchandisers for PO collection to proceed with Garments TC.
Collect supporting documents (Invoice, BL, Packing List) from the Commercial Department.
Verify product compositions against existing Scope Certificates.
Initiate inclusion of new product compositions in Scope Certificates if required.
Prepare QCS (Quantity Control Sheet) & Composition Declaration for TC application in CU Portal.
Collect approved Garments TC from CU Portal and resolve discrepancies if any.
