Flexible and comfortable in sharing ideas and working in a team.
Experience in Product Development will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Delivering Design Samples whilst adhering to a strict T&A and ensuring aesthetics are maintained with a focus on quality, styling and color.
Maintaining viable contingency plans per style to ensure on time achievement on design samples.
Ensuring all styles are production feasible, and best cost options have been applied between the internal sample and final presentation sample stages.
Driving style intent and in the best possible way to promote a healthy adoption rate.
Accurate and timely follow through post meeting. Partner with Sourcing, Design team and Vendors to approve fits, fabrics, washes, trims, colors and prints through production.
Maintain core fabrics and seasonal fabric stock.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, Tech, R&D teams, to strengthen bond with internal teams.
Tracking design styles that have translated to orders, collating information on the net value every quarter and maintaining sample archives for the same, complete with all information.
