∎ Prior experience in a knitting mill.
∎ Thorough follow up.
∎ Team player.
∎ Ability to multi task and prioritize independently.
∎ Word /Excel competency along with good presentation skills.
∎ Highly organized, passionate and efficient, with strong problem solving skills, and have a can-do attitude.
∎ Flexible and comfortable in sharing ideas and working in a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delivering all RM adhering to a strict T&A and ensuring aesthetics are maintained with a focus on quality, styling and color.
∎ Maintaining viable contingency plans per style to ensure on time achievement on design samples.
∎ Ensure all RM is tested , production feasible, and best cost options are looked at .
∎ Drive innovation by attending fairs, comp shopping and Research. Developing benchmark fabrics as seen.
∎ Venture into new innovation spaces based on fibers that are new in the Market place.
∎ Drive Sustainability via all RM.
∎ Build strategic relationships with suppliers. Ensuring latest collections are shared with the design team.
∎ Build strong cross-functional relationships with Design, Merchandising, R&D teams.
