Responsibilities & Context:
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh EPZ Labor Act-2019 and Lobor Rules-2022, as well as RSC and Nirapon standards.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Capable of ensuring and implementing factory compliance requirements as per buyers’ Code of Conduct and Legal Standards.
Able to prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP) against Audit reports.
Ability to assist and report to senior management accordingly.
A good team player with a positive “can-do” attitude.
