• Manage the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.

• Communicate effectively with buyers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Suppliers, Factories, QA Team & Technical Team to ensure timely procurement of materials and production.

• Prepare and monitor Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time delivery.

• Oversee sample development and ensure buyer approvals are obtained promptly.

• Prepare detailed cost sheets, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and ensure profitability while meeting buyer target prices.

• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing with buyers, suppliers & factories.

• Monitor production progress and address any issues that may affect delivery timelines.

• Ensure quality standards are met and coordinate with the quality assurance team for inspections.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.

• Manage shipping schedules, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure on-time delivery of goods.

• Should have mentality to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.Technical & product knowledge is a must.

• Should have Quality-First Mindset and ensure high-standard output.

• Must be a Problem-solver and able to resolve challenges independently.

• Strong Attention to detail and ability to follow up on every aspect of the order process.

• Should be Ethical and honest in all professional dealings.

• Excellent Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

• Must have proactiveness in communication and task execution.

• Should know how to handle any shipment situation efficiently.
