• Proficiency in oral and written communication both in Bengali & English.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Problem solving skill for buyer order.

• To correspond with merchandiser & Buying QC and fulfill their requirements as documented by floor/section wise.

• To Detect faults of operation and recommend corrective action timely and discussing/ solving the problems with the production team.

• To continuously develop own competencies & skills in relevant aspects, in order to enhance service quality and personal development.

• To Conduct inline, assist Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) inspections & issue reports & provide solutions to issue found.

• Implement & monitor company quality & safety procedures in factory to raise standards of Buyer.

• Monitor all production process from cutting to packing as per Buyer Standard.

• Attend PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.

• Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.

• Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality and deliver in the right time to the buyer.

• Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments
