Experience range:

• Manager: 5–7+ years

• Assistant Manager: 3–5 years

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of textile testing standards (AATCC, ISO, ASTM – preferred)

• Good understanding of lab equipment (Color Fastness, Physical, Chemical, Yarn/Fabric testing), textile dyeing & finishing processes, denim & garments washing processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Willingness to travel nationwide

• Sales & Marketing of Textile Testing & Laboratory Machinery / Textile Dyeing & Finishing Machinery / Textile Garments Washing Machinery

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with textile mills, labs, and buying houses, textile mills and key stakeholders, garments washing plants and factories

• Prepare technical & commercial offers, quotations, and negotiations

• Coordinate with principals, technical, and service teams

• Market research and competitor analysis

• Support installation and after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
