Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handling all factory compliance and Sustainability Audit.

  • Assured clean & healthy work environment all over the factory;

  • Facing different audits like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/RSC,/Nirapon/ ISO, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, GRS, EMS, BEPI, Higg FEM, Better Work, SLCP ETC, along with other social /ethical/ environmental/technical/supply chain security (SCS) etc.

  • Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department.

  • Follow up customer/buyer’s code of conduct (COC)

  • Update all Factory License.

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with buyer requirements (Higg FEM, SLCP, ZDHC, GHG Reporting, Waste & Water management).

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, DIFE requirements, Fire service, Fire Safety and Environmental regulations.

  • Conduct regular internal compliance audits and prepare CAP (Corrective Action Plans).

  • Maintain updated SOPs for KPI collection, reporting, and review procedures.

  • Follow up on CAP closure and maintain proper documentation and evidence.

  • Monitor working conditions, worker welfare, dormitory/hostel standards, and grievance management systems.

  • Ensure social compliance & human rights standards issues of the factory.

  • Ensure employee health & safety issues and welfare procedure.

  • Ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building Electrical, Health & Safety issues.

  • To give CAP on audit observation Handle all the grievances with motivation procedure.

  • Disciplinary action procedure;

  • To ensure benefits of workers by company as per ILO & Local laws.

  • Conducting the awareness for health, hygienic & safety topics;
