Job Summary
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, increase market share, and expand customer relationships in domestic and international denim markets. This role leads all marketing functions, including branding, product positioning, market research, customer engagement, and sales support, with a strong focus on denim fabric trends, innovation, and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Position the denim fabric brand effectively across target markets (fashion, workwear, lifestyle, exports)
Build and maintain a strong brand identity emphasizing quality, innovation, and sustainability
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the denim industry
Guide product development teams on fabric trends, finishes, washes, and performance features
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Work closely with sales teams to support client acquisition and retention
Develop marketing tools such as catalogs, swatch books, presentations, and lookbooks
Participate in key client meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media, and online campaigns
Manage promotional materials, press releases, and brand communications
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
Promote sustainable denim initiatives such as eco-friendly fibers, finishes, and processes
Communicate certifications, compliance, and ESG efforts to customers and stakeholders
