Responsibilities & Context:
Should have vast knowledge about Padded Jacket, Fake Down Jacket, Seam Sealing Jacket, Real Down Jacket, Duck Down & High SMV jacket & Vest product.
Buyer Handle Smoothly by IE Technique. Production Planning & to get optimum Productivity.
Finalizing operation bulletin and designing Technical layout.
To calculate the SMV base costing. Man power planning.
Machine requirements planning. Line setting and balancing. Making standard work procedures for all operations.
Method engineering and work place engineering.
Skill wise grading of all operators & skill test. before new operator Recruitment.
Upgrading and training of operators.
Analytical study of all generated reports and incentive systems.
Conducting production and forecast meeting with all department in charges.
Suggest and simplify operations at proto Stages.
Standardization methods through recording method.
Generate data for easier and effective line balancing.
Follow up the low efficiency operator.
Follow up operator skill matrix.
Any other task assign by management .
