In-depth understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards relevant to the real estate industry.
Ability to assess business needs and develop effective, strategic HR solutions.

Job Summary:
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Sr. Manager/Manager to lead the entire HR function of Besthome Properties Ltd. (Best Group). The selected candidate will ensure alignment with global HR standards while meeting local business needs. This role will be responsible for HR strategy, manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and overall corporate administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and separation processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth.
- Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and capability development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
- Strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and governance to ensure transparent and efficient HR practices.
- Provide strategic HR partnership to department heads and senior leadership for workforce decisions.
- Lead employee engagement, culture development, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with labor laws.
- Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and management reports for business insights.
- Ensure smooth HR audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
