Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy

    • Prepare and implement comprehensive executive and organizational recruitment plans aligned with business goals.

    • Ensure recruitment strategies support both immediate and long-term talent needs.

  2. Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with senior management to identify, understand, and address hiring requirements across departments.

    • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and market trends.

  3. Team Leadership

    • Lead, supervise, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance levels.

    • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.

  4. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

    • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, talent communities, and networking.

    • Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical and future roles.

  5. Process Improvement

    • Regularly evaluate recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.

    • Implement best practices and innovative approaches in the hiring process.

  6. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

    • Utilize recruitment metrics, analytics, and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

    • Prepare and present recruitment reports to management for strategic decision-making.

  7. Employer Branding

    • Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s market presence and attract top talent.

    • Collaborate on campaigns, events, and digital engagement activities.

  8. Representation & Outreach

    • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and community outreach programs.

    • Build strong relationships with external partners, institutions, and stakeholders.
