Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Sales Planning & Target Achievement

    • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans and execute them to achieve sales targets.

    • Distribute sales targets among sales force, including RSM, ASM and TSMs, and monitor their performance.

    Sales Operations & Management

    • Act as Sales head for all sales operations (as assigned area).

    • Oversee daily sales activities, recommend process improvements, and guide RSMs, ASMs and TSMs.

    • Conduct scheduled market and depot visits to interact with field officers, agents, and farmers, promoting product sales.

    Agent & Customer Relationship Management

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, identifying opportunities to increase sales.

    • Initiate efforts to onboard new agents and expand market coverage.

    • Ensure proper documentation for new and existing agent contracts, credit agreements, and upgrades.

    Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for sales strategy development.

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand market size and drive rapid sales growth for the organization.

    Sales Force Development

    • Motivate, train, and guide the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.

    • Monitor and support the professional development of RSMs, ASMs and TSMs.

    Financial Oversight

    • Plan and implement strategies to control credit sales and ensure timely debt recovery.

    • Monitor sales-related expenses and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare regular management reports, including Sales Reports, Sales Forecasts, Target Setup, Market Analysis, and Competitor Activity Analysis.

    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance sales performance.
