Responsibilities & Context:

Branch & Operations Management

  • Manage overall branch activities including office and field operations

  • Supervise field staff, officers and support teams

  • Ensure smooth daily operational activities and service delivery

  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and duty schedules

  • Maintain discipline and operational efficiency within the branch

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop new business opportunities and increase branch sales

  • Visit boiler farms, industrial clients and potential customers regularly

  • Build strong relationships with boiler farm owners and business parties

  • Lead customer negotiations and finalize service agreements

  • Achieve branch sales, service, and collection targets

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Customer Relationship & Client Handling

  • Maintain professional communication with customers and clients

  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships

  • Conduct regular follow-up with existing and potential customers

  • Represent the company in meetings and client discussions

Field Supervision

  • Monitor field activities and ensure proper service execution

  • Coordinate manpower deployment and operational support

  • Conduct site inspections and prepare field visit reports

  • Ensure safety compliance and company SOP maintenance

Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly branch reports

  • Coordinate with accounts regarding billing and payment collection

  • Maintain branch records, customer database, and documentation

  • Report branch performance and operational updates to management
