• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Real Estate, Fisheries, Farming, Hatchery

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Regularly study and review civil drawings to ensure proper understanding and execution of project work.

• Prepare project estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and budgeting for construction activities.

• Conduct daily work planning and ensure smooth implementation according to project requirements.

• Hold regular coordination meetings with contractor teams and allocate work accordingly.

• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor progress at site.

• Ensure quality workmanship in compliance with approved drawings, design specifications, codes, and standards.

• Prepare contractor bills and other related project bills with proper documentation.

• Inspect and verify the quality of materials before use at the construction site.

• Prepare and maintain material requisitions based on accurate drawing calculations and project requirements.

• Monitor and control material wastage to ensure cost efficiency.

• Independently handle project execution and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, and Plumbing (MESP) works.

• Provide regular work progress updates and reports to the line manager.

• Prepare and maintain the master work schedule to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with suppliers, contractors, and related stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety requirements, and company policies throughout project execution.
