Experience:
Relevant training in campaign management, field promotion or marketing analytics will be an added advantage.
Experience in supervising field teams such as FPE, BPO, Sales Officers, or similar roles.
Good understanding of farmer meetings, market activation, product demo, branding, dealer/retailer engagement, and rural market operations.
Ability to coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and regional field teams.

Lead and supervise the Campaign Management / Field Promotion function to ensure disciplined and effective field execution across assigned zone.
Provide clear direction, guidance, and monitoring support to Field Promotion Executives and BPO teams.
Ensure field-level activities are aligned with business priorities, crop focus and Head Office guidelines.
Lead and monitor proper execution of field level promotional activities of FPE and BPO including campaigns, SFM, Crop Mala, Solution Booth, Multimedia Meetings, Retail/Dealer Meeting etc.
Monitor BPOs are properly oriented on product knowledge, farmer communication, retailer visits, and reporting process.
Review BPO movement, daily activity, beat coverage, and field performance.
Track promotional activities, BPO performance, branding activities, and demo progress.
Prepare regular updates on campaign execution, field coverage, farmer meetings, demo status, and market feedback. Lead and monitor product demonstration activities on targeted crops including proper selection of demo plots, progressive farmers, and suitable locations.
Collect market feedback, competitor information and farmer response from the field and field level challenges by the FPE and BPOs.
Review zonal business promotion/execution gaps and take necessary corrective initiatives.
Ensure strong coordination among Field Promotion Executives, BPOs, Sales Officers, Territory Officers, RSMs, and Marketing team.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
