Experience:
Experience in supervising field teams such as FPE, BPO, Sales Officers, or similar roles.
Good understanding of farmer meetings, market activation, product demos, branding, dealer/retailer engagement, and rural market operations.
Ability to coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and regional field teams.• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Field-oriented, proactive, organized, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
· Developing territory and regional mapping based on high-value cropping and intensity to get optimum output from a territory/region along with industry and market information.
· Facilitating management and product management team in developing promotional strategy and promotional tool through cropping pattern map.
· Facilitating management and regulatory team to work on new product launching keeping medium and long-term perspectives in mind
· Preparing and executing yearly and monthly crop-wise revenue budget of CC&PH products based on cropping area, cropping intensity and Agri-Ecological Zone (AEZ).
· Principal Accountability:
· Assess crop-wise, product-wise, pest-wise market share and competition.
· To create the crop-wise, region-wise, and industry-wise databases.
· Prepare data and information base for yearly and monthly crop-wise revenue budget of CC&PH products based on cropping area and cropping intensity.
· Prepare current and future cropping pattern map with cropping intensity based on Agri-Ecological Zone (AEZ).
· Develop territory and regional mapping based on high-value cropping & intensity to get optimum output from a territory/region.
· Develop crop and pest calendar for individual crops based on geographic differences.
· Recommend new product range considering medium and long-term perspectives.
· Prepare crop-wise complete solution package of CC&PH products and formulate ways to get optimum benefit from the individual crop.
· Design demonstration programs of CC&PH products on different crops and pests.
· Develop strategies for maximizing farmers’ crop yields by preventing losses to pests and diseases by using CC&PH products.
Develop brand-building instruments including cropping programs and crop-wise promotional campaigns.
Provide information and recommendations to farmers through demand generation team and call center, regarding ways in which they can best use land, promote plant growth, and avoid or correct pest-related problems such as weeds, insects or diseases infestation.
Provide training to farmers, retailers, stockiest & DAE officials on the best practice agricultural skills and techniques, including better ways of using pesticides.
Provide training to the sales team on changes in the cropping pattern, market penetration strategies and market development plans.
Improving access to practical, farmer-friendly information and resources – using factsheets, online eknowledge hubs, social media and mobile advisory services.
Representing ACI Crop Care at seminars, meetings, and other designated functions that require corporate presence in the area of farm production operations and management.
Visit key personnel of Agri-universities, research institutions, development partners and DAE officials to develop relationships.
Providing timely feedback to the management that affects crop protection operations based on future changes in the industry.
