• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Product Management will be preferable.

• Excellent communication, presentation, & reporting skills.

• Business acumen and knowledge of marketing tools.

• Willingness for extensive traveling.

• Develop the marketing plan, yearly sales budget and profit & loss statement for assigned products.

• Design and execute sales and promotional plans, including monthly and yearly promotional calendars, materials and activities, aligned with prevailing market conditions.

• Build a strong network of sources to gather market intelligence and prepare insightful market reports.

• Understand crop–pest relationships to design and propose effective, field-relevant marketing strategies.

• Conduct frequent market visits to formulate competitive strategies that respond to market dynamics.

• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and R&D to identify new molecules, alternative sources of existing molecules and label extensions, based on market gap analysis.

• Manage product registration and label extension requirements.

• Generate innovative ideas for product diversification to meet future market needs.

• Prepare monthly and yearly import plans, cascaded into monthly targets.

• Manage and improve the Inventory Turnover Ratio (DSI) through sound inventory management.

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys among farmers, channel partners and the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), and use the insights to refine marketing strategies.
