Job Position: Executive Logistic

Job Description / Responsibility

Manage overall logistics operations including transportation, delivery, dispatch, and inventory movement.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and distribution teams to ensure smooth supply chain activities.

Monitor product loading, unloading, storage, and delivery processes according to company SOP.

Ensure proper handling and storage conditions of products during transportation and warehousing.

Monitor stock movement records, delivery reports, challans, invoices, and logistics documentation accurately.

Track vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and route planning to ensure timely product delivery.

Communicate with transport agencies, vendors, and third-party logistics providers for operational support.

Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Handle logistics-related issues such as delayed delivery, damaged goods, shortages, or transportation problems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management.

Support inventory management and coordinate physical stock verification activities.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are maintained where applicable.

Control logistics costs and support operational efficiency improvement initiatives.

Maintain coordination with regulatory and quality departments when required.
