Must have basic knowledge on vegetable cultivation/ farming-related field.

At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Retired Block Supervisor/Agriculture Officer are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.

Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Basic knowledge on MS Office and reporting.

Willing to work in garden project areas.

Oversee daily agricultural activities, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting.

Implement modern farming technologies, such as precision agriculture, to improve yield and reduce operational costs.

The candidate must have experience and habit of doing work by hand and tools at the field.

Ensure maximum yield of crops, fruits, and vegetables through organic and modern farming practices.

Plan and cultivate seasonal vegetables with a focus on productivity and profitability.

Prepare and execute detailed cultivation plans for fruits, vegetables, and land development projects.

Maintain and monitor records related to plantation activities, inventory, and agricultural purchases.

Supervise, train, and guide workers and field-level employees.

Ensure compliance with government agricultural regulations, environmental policies, and health & safety standards.

Manage waste disposal systems and ensure environmental and pollution control measures.

Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation management across the farm.

Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.
