Responsibilities & Context:
Meet monthly sales target and increase market share.
Plan and execute sales strategies to ensure consistent growth.
Nursing existing traders and create new.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor demand, competitor activities.
Complete sales operations work; order collection, payment confirmation, and smooth delivery.
Monitoring the payment process of customers.
Address and resolve trader queries, complaints and provide technical supports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, and pricing guidelines.
