Experience:
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans to achieve targets for DOC & feed products.
Allocate sales targets across regional sales force, including Area In-Charges and Territory Managers, and monitor performance to ensure achievement.
Oversee daily sales operations, recommend improvements, and provide guidance to sales teams to optimize productivity.
Conduct regular market and depot visits, engaging with field officers, agents, and farmers to promote products and strengthen relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, driving initiatives to acquire new agents and expand market presence.
Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to develop SOPs, agent commissions, and incentive structures.
Collect and communicate product performance feedback from the market to senior management for decision-making.
Organize technical seminars and other customer support initiatives to enhance product adoption.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of sales teams (across multiple areas) and technical staff for the division.
Manage performance improvement or replacement of underperforming staff through coaching, training, and motivation.
Ensure proper documentation for agent contracts, credit agreements, and updates to existing agreements.
Formulate and execute strategic plans to expand market share and implement rapid sales growth strategies.
Monitor credit sales and ensure timely debt recovery.
Prepare and submit management reports, including sales reports, forecasts, target achievement, market analysis, and competitor activity analysis.
