Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee production planning and daily operations of the NPKS fertilizer plant to ensure smooth operations and maximum resource utilization.

• Ensure quality control and full compliance with fertilizer regulatory standards.

• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to maintain proper stock balance and avoid shortages or excess.

• Monitor production costs, operational efficiency and output targets to ensure profitability and performance optimization.

• Ensure factory production schedules are maintained by maximizing available resources and minimizing downtime.

• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Expand the distribution network and maintain strong dealer relationships to strengthen market presence.

• Prepare operational and performance reports for management and analyze key business indicators.
