Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand the company's depot, dealer and distribution network within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective market planning and execution.
Recruit, develop, and supervise Sales Managers, Territory Officers, and other field sales personnel as assigned.
Ensure proper market coverage and increase product availability across the division.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and key customers.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, promotional campaigns, and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivable status.
Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
Maintain discipline, compliance, and professional standards throughout the assigned region.
