Quality Integrated Agro Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broiler Integration Farm In charge to oversee and manage broiler farm operations at our Habiganj location. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal farm productivity, maintain high standards of animal health and welfare, and coordinate seamlessly with the operations and production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the broiler integration farm to achieve production and profitability targets.

• Oversee flock management, including feeding, vaccination, biosecurity, and general welfare of the birds.

• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to optimize growth, feed conversion, and mortality rates.

• Maintain accurate farm records, including flock performance, feed consumption, medication, and vaccination schedules.

• Coordinate with the quality control, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Supervise, train, and mentor farm staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.

• Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Analyze farm performance data and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.

• Develop and implement farm improvement plans, including infrastructure, equipment, and process enhancements.
