Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill

• Minimum SSC/HS

• CCandidates with Boiler Certification/Training will be given preference.

• Strong understanding of boiler operation, maintenance and safety standards.

• Ability to handle machinery efficiently and solve technical issues.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and work ethic.

• Operate and monitor the rice dryer system to ensure smooth and efficient drying operations.

• Control temperature, airflow and drying time according to production standards.

• Check moisture levels of paddy/rice and adjust dryer settings to achieve required output quality.

• Perform routine cleaning, inspection and minor maintenance of dryer machinery.

• Identify operational issues, troubleshoot basic problems and report major faults promptly.

• Maintain accurate daily logs of dryer performance, moisture readings and production output.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, hygiene standards and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with production supervisors, QC and maintenance teams for continuous workflow.
