Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve primary sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
Build strong relationships with high-volume wholesalers and expand market coverage through effective territory management.
Prepare regional sales forecasts, monitor sales performance and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.
Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds, manage credit exposure and maintain healthy cash flow in line with company policies.
Analyze primary and secondary sales, market trends, pricing and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend effective sales strategies.
Control product returns, promotional and travel expenses, while improving distribution efficiency, product availability and market penetration.
