Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto Rice Mill

• Minimum SSC/HSC

• Candidates with Boiler Certification/Training will be given preference.

• Strong understanding of boiler operation, maintenance and safety standards.

• Ability to handle machinery efficiently and solve technical issues.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and work ethic.

• Operate and monitor milling machinery to ensure smooth and efficient rice production.

• Maintain proper milling settings, grain flow and output consistency according to production standards.

• Inspect equipment regularly and perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance.

• Identify operational issues, troubleshoot basic problems and report major faults to the supervisor.

• Maintain accurate daily records of milling output, machine performance and operational logs.

• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety and hygiene guidelines within the milling section.

• Assist production supervisors and coordinate with QC and maintenance teams for uninterrupted workflow.
