Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform all activities to achieve settled and customized target of aqua products
- Visit and promote aqua products to the consultants, Fishery Officer, Traders, Farm & hatchery owner and provide feedback to field colleague
- Organize meetings/ seminars for promotion of aqua products with a view to maximum coverage
- Propose budget and topics for meetings/seminars
- Educate field forces on aqua product, diseases, farming strategy and promoting & selling skills of aqua products
- Liaise with Agricultural University, Colleges and Scientific Institutions to highlight Company products
- Provide advisory support to develop and managing new farms as well as existing farms
- Handle queries raised by Officers, farm owners, model farmers and local resources
