Experience:

• Lead quality audits for incoming agricultural produce (e.g., grains, seeds, or fruits) checking for moisture, aflatoxins, and pesticides.

• Supervise Proximate Analysis and specialized lab tests (e.g., NIR operation) for nutritional profiling.

• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations and "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP).

• Manage product traceability systems from the farm level to the final packaged batch.
