Field Operations & Support

• Farm Visits: Conduct daily field inspections to monitor crop/livestock progress.

• Technical Guidance: Advise farmers on daily planting, chemical application, and feeding protocols.

• Issue Resolution: Identify and treat pests, diseases, or soil issues early.

• Compliance: Verify farmers are using approved inputs and safe practices.

Input & Logistics Management

• Input Delivery: Distribute seeds, fertilizer, and feed directly to assigned farmers.

• Harvest Coordination: Organize daily harvest schedules and supervise cutting/picking.

• Transport Dispatch: Arrange and load vehicles to safely transport produce to the hub.

Grading & Data Recording

• Quality Grading: Inspect and grade the harvest on-site against corporate standards.

• Weight Verification: Supervise and record exact weights of delivered produce.

• Data Logging: Maintain daily digital/paper logs of farm inputs, yields, and farmer records.
