• Age At least 32 years

• Additional training or experience in dairy farm management and livestock handling will be preferred.  

• Minimum 8 years of experience in dairy farm management. 

• Practical experience handling both local and foreign cow breeds is preferred. 

• Oversee daily cattle farm operations, including feeding, milking, cleaning, and overall farm activities. 

• Manage both local and foreign breed cows, ensuring proper care, handling, and breed-specific requirements are maintained. 

• Monitor animal health, coordinate veterinary support, and ensure vaccination, disease prevention, and hygiene practices are properly followed. 

• Develop and manage feeding and nutrition plans to maintain animal health and improve milk production. 

• Supervise breeding activities, including heat detection, artificial insemination coordination, pregnancy monitoring, and calving management. 

• Maintain accurate records of livestock inventory, milk production, health status, breeding, feeding, and farm performance. 

• Lead and supervise farm staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure proper execution of daily tasks. 

• Manage farm resources, equipment, supplies, and operational costs to improve efficiency and productivity. 

• Identify opportunities for farm improvement, implement better farming practices, and support sustainable livestock management. 

• Ensure cow dung process management with make sure of  best housekeeping (Neat & Tidy).
