Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: Achieve the targeted sales volume by maintaining good relationships with the existing customers and creating new customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

 . Schedule the visit plan according to route settled by field management and meet all listed poultry farmers having in each route to know the condition of the farms and will take necessary actions like husbandry correction or medication.

. Satisfy the customers through efficient technical services (maintaining poultry health by diagnosing and treating diseases) and arrange capacity development programs like training, seminar, workshop etc. for the customers.

. Attained emergency call raise from customers by different sources like farmer himself, retailers, sub-dealers, dealers etc. and prioritize the visit based on prognosis and business value. Conducting laboratory tests to diagnose medical conditions, if need be.

. Collect market information, analyzing and informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

. Analyz competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

. Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.

. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activity and budget report and sending to management for onward actions.

. Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.

. Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
