Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: The designated employee will have the responsibility of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attain the sales targets, as well as creating sales and marketing plans and executing them.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

1. Prepare an action plan and distribute the sales target to achieve the monthly target of the team and drive to achieve the target.

2. Monitor, manage, and motivate the sales personnel effectively to achieve their monthly sales target and resolve their queries.

3.  Analyze the total sales, market size, market share, competitor activities, industry trends and other parameters and finally share with the supervisor.

4. Prepare monthly sales achievement reports on different parameters and share them with the supervisor.

5. Maintain good relationships with customers specially top dealers, resolve market-related problems, and take help from the technical service team if required.

6.  Prepare the sales and marketing plan to reach out to the uncovered area, and source of potential customers to increase sales.

7. Implement assigned sales and marketing promotions and campaign with a view to increase sales.

8.  Develop substitute leaders in the absence of the team leader and train the team members to improve their product knowledge and professional skills development.

9.  Monitor directly the top dealer whose contribution is 80% or above of his area.

10. Oversee credit risk management, monitor outstanding balances with dealers, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy company cash flow.

11.  Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
