Responsibilities & Context:
Seamark Hatchery is looking for an experienced Hatchery Supervisor to manage daily hatchery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise hatchery production activities
- Monitor shrimp larval rearing and nursery operations
- Manage team members and daily labor schedule
- Ensure biosecurity and quality standards
