Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise overall factory operations and ensure smooth production.
Procure quality wheat from approved sourcing areas.
Ensure the quality of wheat, flour, and by-products as per product specifications.
Monitor production, packaging, and accurate weight of finished products.
Maintain proper storage, fumigation, and warehouse management.
Arrange transportation and ensure timely product delivery.
Prepare and sign delivery challans and production-related documents.
Coordinate with Head Office and other internal departments.
Supervise factory employees and ensure discipline.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and statutory requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
