• Develop short-term and long-term sales & marketing strategies

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities

• Set sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs

• Plan product positioning and branding strategies

• Lead and manage the sales team

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and growth

• Develop distribution channels (retail, wholesale, dealers, modern trade)

• Manage product launches and promotional events

• Ensure consistent brand image in the market

• Conduct market surveys and gather customer insights

• Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies

• Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas

• Track consumer demand and buying patterns

• Work with product development teams for new product ideas

• Decide pricing strategies based on market demand

• Ensure product availability and proper stock levels

• Ensure timely delivery of products to distributors/retailers

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers

• Handle major complaints and resolve issues effectively

• Ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

• Collect feedback for continuous improvement

• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management
