Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the overall operations of the furniture showroom.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Monitor showroom presentation, product display, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with the warehouse.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Supervise billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
Recruit, train, and evaluate showroom staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
