Responsibilities & Context:

Arif Waterproofing & Construction is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and experienced professionals to join our Sales Team as Sales & Brand Development Executive specializing in the sales of Construction Chemicals and Waterproofing Materials in Construction, Real Estate, and Industrial sectors.

We place particular importance on applicants who have a Proven Sales Record in the Construction, Real Estate, and Industry sectors, with measurable achievements in securing and expanding business within these domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth and to promote our product and service portfolio.

  • Visit corporate clients, prepare professional proposals/quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close sales deals.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market visits, engage customers through email/mobile marketing, and capture emerging opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support business planning.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen sales strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and performance reports to clients and management.

  • Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the brand.

  • Utilize digital tools and reporting systems effectively for communication and performance tracking.
