Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare marketing plans, sales reports, and business forecasts.

Represent the company at corporate meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Monitor daily sales activities and submit regular performance reports to management.
Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth visa processing and client satisfaction.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend business expansion strategies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Organize promotional campaigns, seminars, and marketing events.
Build partnerships with educational institutions, travel agencies, and corporate organizations.
Train, supervise, and motivate junior marketing executives to achieve team goals.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or other reporting systems.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients when applicable.
Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase sales.
Stay updated with visa policies, travel regulations, and market trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business negotiations.
Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
