Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Sales Executive to join our retail pharmacy team. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with medicine-related queries, checking prescriptions, processing sales, managing stock, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you are passionate about healthcare, enjoy helping people, and can work in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers politely and guide them about medicines, OTC items, and healthcare products.
- Read and check customer prescriptions carefully.
- Maintain knowledge of medicine brand names and their generic names.
- Use POS/ERP software for billing and payment transactions.
- Help manage stock, organize shelves, and handle inventory.
- Achieve daily sales targets and inform the inventory team about low-stock items.
- Work well in shifts and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Work with team members to solve customer complaints and maintain good service.
