## Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will comprehensively oversee factory/facility operations and quality control.
Client Relations & Sales: Negotiate with clients (apparel brands, manufacturers, etc.), understand their needs, prepare/present price quotations, and propose solutions.
Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee branch/facility revenue, cost control, and budget management.
HR & Team Management: Manage staff recruitment, training, shift scheduling, and ensure a positive working environment.
QC (Quality Control) Operations: Ensure the quality of the inspection process on-site, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
## Requirements & Qualifications
【Required】
Hands-on QC (Quality Control) experience in the apparel industry.
Business-level English proficiency (essential for communicating with overseas branches, expatriate staff, and global clients).
Age: 29 to 39 years old (for long-term career development within the company).
【Preferred】
Experience working specifically in a garment/sewing inspection company is highly preferred.
