Experience:
Achieve sales targets, dealer network expansion target and KPIs
Ensure achievement of sales targets in terms of value and qty, and growth target in the specific territory in each month
Develop distribution channels (retail, wholesale, dealers, modern trade)
Conduct market surveys and gather customer insights
Analyse competitor products, pricing, and strategies
Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
Track consumer demand and buying patterns
Work with product development teams for new product ideas
Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at dealer points
Ensure timely delivery of products to distributors/retailers
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
Handle major complaints and resolve issues effectively
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
