Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regularly monitor tender portals (e-GP, government, NGOs, corporate)

  • Identify relevant tenders aligned with company products/services

  • Analyze eligibility criteria, scope, and requirements

  • Prepare complete and accurate tender documents

  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and regulations

  • Submit tenders within deadlines (online/offline)

  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), pricing, and cost breakdown

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies

  • Analyze cost structure, margins, and risks

  • Study competitors’ pricing trends

  • Maintain relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and clients

  • Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify requirements

  • Follow up on submitted tenders and results

  • Handle negotiations and contract discussions

  • Review tender contracts and terms & conditions

  • Coordinate signing of agreements

  • Ensure proper execution of awarded contracts

  • Monitor contract obligations, delivery schedules, and milestones

  • Prepare reports on submitted, pending, and awarded tenders

  • Analyze reasons for wins/losses and improve strategies

  • Report to top management regularly
