• We are looking for the true "nerds" of the fashion world, the ones who obsess over fabric construction, drape, and couture, rather than mass-market trends. Your academic background must signal a deep understanding of aesthetics and high-end apparel.

• Required Background: A Bachelor Degree or recognized Diploma (even a 1-year specialized program) in Fashion Design, Fabric/Textile Design, or Fashion Marketing.

• The Luxury Mindset: You must understand slow, heritage luxury. If you are trained strictly to prioritize RMG bulk volume and factory speed, this role is not for you. We need an artistic mind that understands why a single, hand-woven bespoke piece commands a $5,500 price tag.

Working Hours: 5 Days/Week, 8 Hours/Day (Strict)

The Reality of the Role:

Shape Communications Bangladesh is incubating a highly confidential, ultra-luxury heritage fashion project. We are not making fast fashion. We are not a standard RMG exporter. We operate in the exact same tier as legacy European heritage houses.

We are looking for an obsessive, hyper-intelligent intern. For 3 to 4 months, you will be thrown into the deep end of global contemporary luxury fashion. You will learn the exact mechanics of high-ticket marketing, elite global outreach, and uncompromising product development.

Who You Are:

• You do not follow standard fashion trends; you understand the business, history, and mechanics of true contemporary luxury.

• You possess an obsessive attention to detail and a flawless command of the English language.

• You are ready to work 8 full hours a day, 5 days a week, executing specific management directives without hand-holding.

• Duration: 3 to 4 Months (Intensive)

• Working Hours: 5 Days/Week, 8 Hours/Day (Strict)
