Responsibilities & Context:
* Achieve sales targets, dealer network expansion target and KPIs
* Ensure achievement of sales targets in terms of value and qty, and growth target in the specific territory in each month
* Develop distribution channels (retail, wholesale, dealers, modern trade)
* Conduct market surveys and gather customer insights
* Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies
* Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
* Track consumer demand and buying patterns
* Work with product development teams for new product ideas
* Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at dealer points
* Ensure timely delivery of products to distributors/retailers
* Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
* Handle major complaints and resolve issues effectively
* Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance
