Job Summary
Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is looking for a competent and proactive Store Officer (Automobile) to manage the receiving, storage, inventory control, and issuance of automobile materials and equipment. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the timely availability of materials, coordinating with the Purchase Department, and supporting efficient store operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Submit Purchase Requisitions (PR) to the Purchase Department when stock levels fall below the minimum required quantity.
Monitor and report current stock status, estimated stock availability, and identify slow-moving, low-stock, and critical inventory items.
Communicate accurate material specifications, including brand, model, size, and other technical details, to the Purchase Department.
Follow up on pending purchase orders and expected delivery schedules and coordinate expedited delivery for urgent requirements.
Receive, inspect, verify, and store automobile materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Report any discrepancies in received materials, including shortages, damages, quality issues, or incorrect items, to the Purchase Department.
Provide feedback on supplier performance regarding product quality, delivery, and service standards.
Monitor and communicate the status of pending Purchase Orders (POs).
Support procurement planning by providing inventory forecasts and future material requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Update daily workshop reports by recording parts consumption, maintenance activities, and completed work.
Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and compliance with workplace safety standards in the store.
Perform stock verification and assist in periodic inventory audits.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
